Enio W was bred by Boyd and Silva Martin in Australia and foaled in January of 2006.  He is a magnificent looking gelding and has an outstanding trot and canter with plenty of suspension, lift and spring.  As a three-year old Boyd free-jumped him and the horse had great technique and a massive amount of scope. 'Enio' is a friendly character and is always happy to please.

EnioEnio’s sire is a German stallion named Escudo I, and Enio was produced using frozen semen.  Escudo I is a Hanoverian stallion that won his licensing test in Germany for dressage and jumping.  He is a black stallion, sired by Esprit, who is the sire of E.T., a horse that holds the record for winning the most prize money of all time as a Grand Prix show jumper.  Esprit is also the sire of Elvis, a highly successful Grand Prix dressage horse in Germany.  In all, Enio's father represents the highest standard in Grand Prix dressage and jumping bloodlines.

Enio's dam is Brilliant Silver, whose sire is the thoroughbred stallion Brilliant Invader, also the sire of Blyth Tait’s Olympic Champion Reddy Teddy.  Silver's sire is a World Cup show jumper, Silvineer, who was ridden by Vicky Roycroft.  Silvineer is by Australia's famous jumping stallion, Souvineer.

There is no question that Enio is bred to the highest quality for an event horse by any standard, anywhere in the world.  Along with his jaw-dropping pedigree, he has it all: looks, temperament and movement.  He was started in 2008 by professional horseman Gordon Bishop, who was amazed at how willing and trying this budding champion was in getting started.

The deal... Boyd and Silva are seeking a part owner who wants to share their dream of making Enio into the champion he was bred to be.  Their proposal is that a person or group of people take over all of Enio’s expenses, and in return receive a half-share in the horse.  It’s as simple as that.  There is no 'buy in' price; just take over the training, board and shipping costs and you own half of him. When the owners and Boyd and Silva agree that it is the best time to sell the horse, the selling price would be split 50/50.  This is a fantastic opportunity to take part in an exciting journey.
