Boyd will finish out an amazing 2009 being 3rd on the USEA's Rider of the Year board, and 5th for Horse of the Year on Remington!
Boyd and Belmont win the CIC*** at Jersey Fresh 09!!
Boyd finished the 2008 year ranked 2nd on the US Eventing Association 2008 Nutrena Rider of the Year Leaderboard.!!
His accomplishments here and in his native Australia include a four-star win, second and fourth place finishes at the 2007 Fair Hill CCI***, ninth at the 2008 Rolex Kentucky CCI****, and numerous two-star wins including Bromont, Stuart and Fair Hill.
In 2009 he won the CIC*** at Jersey Fresh and the CCI*** at Fair Hill. Boyd has quickly made his mark on American eventing: in 2008 he was ranked number two on the US Eventing Association Rider of the Year Leaderboard, an impressive feat in only his second year living and competing in the United States. In 2009 he was the USEA preliminary rider of the year, and In November, Boyd & Neville were named to the revised 2010 USEF Eventing High Performance Training "A" list!

His greatest competitive moment was winning the Adelaide CCI **** in 2003 riding True Blue Toozac (pictured at right). It was the Olympic selection event for the 2004 Athens Olympics, and the last long-format four-star ever held.
