We arrived in Williamston, NC for the USDF Region 1 Championships. Harley and I brought four horses: Harley is riding Joan White’s Jax W in the Third level Championships and I am riding Jada W and Joan White and Sara Reese’s Hannah Lu W in the Third level Championships . I am also riding Julia and George Starwbridge and Nancy Hathaway’s Electric in the First level Championships. The goal here is to qualify them here for the National Championships in Kentucky in November.
All of the horses worked great this morning and we are ready for the competition to begin tomorrow.
I have to thank Ron and Densey Juvonen very much for letting me borrow their camper for Nox, Susanna and myself to stay in while we are here. Also thank you to Susanna for coming with us to watch Nox while I am competing!
A huge thanks also to Ariat for outfitting me this weekend! I am getting many compliments!
