It was a great day for the Windurra horses at The Fork HT in NC, with Lucy Boynton’s super athletic gray gelding Crackerjack leading the day with a clear round in the CIC3*. Boyd was ready to take things slow but felt like the horses were in good form and galloped around to win the Advanced -A on the Blackfoot Mystery Syndicate’s Blackfoot Mystery, and finished second on Stephen Blauner’s Master Frisky. Steady Eddie, owned by Denise Lahey & Pierre Colin and George and Gretchen Wintersteen, finished 7th. Second to last out on course, the Shamwari Syndicate LLC’s Shamwari put in a foot perfect round to finish 2nd in the CIC**. All of the horses are feeling sound and fit heading into their respective four-star events at Rolex Kentucky and Badminton (England) in the next few weeks.
