It’s been two grueling days of dressage at the Jersey Fresh International Three-Day event. All of the horses put in very good tests: Luke and Ludwig were both awesome in the dressage. Monty, Prez and Donald were also very good on the flat. With these three younger horses, I didn’t quite nail the tests I hoped for and made a couple of frustrating mistakes. We are still in good placing with them, but all three of these horses are capable of dressage tests in the 20s.
The courses look good for tomorrow and I plan to have a good crack at it on all of the horses. It looks like we are going to get some rain, which might deter some of the other riders! I think all of the horses should go well.
