I really thought all of the stars were starting to align at Pau for Crackers. He put in a brilliant dressage test to be inside the top ten. Then smoked around a very tough cross country with just 2 time penalties.
He defiantly was a bit sore at the last jog up, but I believed he was fit to jump. He was right on the line of being acceptable, but the ground jury threw me out. Deep down, I think he would of show jumped clear, or with one rail, which would of finished us in 2nd or 3rd…. agghhhh!
