We had a fine weekend here in Kentucky. Congratulations to Michael Jung of Germany on winning his third consecutive Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event! You’ve set the bar high and we wish you all the luck going into Badminton next weekend.
Crackerjack finished seventh overall, a very satisfactory result for Lucy Boynton Lie’s gray horse who never stops trying. Thanks to Lucy, and to Steady Eddie’s owners George and Gretchen Wintersteen and Denise and Pierre Colin, for all of their support.
Thanks also to all of the sponsors who support us and keep cheering us on. It was fun to see everyone this week and meet so many fans of the sport.
Thanks always to Silva for her coaching and support and for bringing Nox along to the event – my number one fan.
Finally congratulations to Phillip Dutton Eventing on winning the US National Eventing Championship and Roger Haller Memorial Trophy riding Mr. Medicott. We are thrilled for your success in what has been a very difficult year for you. We are all thinking of Lee Lee as we celebrate the successes of the weekend. #TeamLeeLee
