Heading out early in the day, Boyd and Red laid down a solid cross country round as trail blazers for the US team, jumping clear and 3.2 seconds over the optimum time. It was a demanding track and Boyd rode his heart out to get around clear for the US team. The US Team horses have set off for Rio, and we riders will follow shortly behind them. It's been a brief training camp here at Mrs. Mars' Meredyth South in Ocala, Florida, and we've been working very hard to put the finishing touches on our training program. Reflections on Nations Cup and The Plan for Rio

This weekend's mandatory outing and Nation's Cup at Great Meadow International was a solid success for Team USA, taking home the win over Canada and Great Britain. Our reserve horses selected for the Nation's Cup Team all ran quite well, and Clark Montgomery's and Loughan Glen's win proved why they were chosen as a member for the Olympic team.

Boyd Selected for 2016 U.S. Olympic Team!

We are thrilled to announce that Boyd and the Blackfoot Mystery Syndicate's Blackfoot Mystery have been selected for the US Olympic Team competing in Rio this summer. It's been an incredible journey so far and Boyd is looking forward to the opportunity to represent Team USA alongside Phillip Dutton, Lauren Kieffer and Clark Montgomery.

This weekend at the Wellington Eventing Showcase was simply a huge step for the world of eventing. What better way to showcase our sport to the greater horse community than to gather people from multiple disciplines to come experience the thrill of eventing at this venue.
