Windurra’s Busy Weekend in Aiken

Both Christine Turner’s Tsetserleg and Long Island T did well in the dressage at the Grand Prix Eventing at Bruce’s Field, with “Thomas” leading the pack after the first two phases and Ludwig 12th after two rails down in show jumping (he was 4th after dressage). But since Thomas ran Intermediate at Pine Top last weekend and Ludwig is coming back from a bit of soreness in his heels, and is now out of the top placings anyway, both horses will skip the wear and tear of running cross-country today.

Boyd Martin Makes His Move in Grand-Prix Eventing at Bruce’s Field

Mike and Boyd will be competing a few horses at Sporting Days Farm Horse Trials tomorrow. They all had a jump school yesterday and are feeling good. This is a good move-up event and a few of them will have their first try at a higher level. ¬†Below are the ride times for Boyd’s horses:
